DeLaval wanted to enhance its service to its dairy clients using their robotic milking machines by making use of the large amount of data being collected daily on farm. DDW, offering data solutions for sustainable dairy, was chosen as the ideal service partner. Tasked to develop and manage a monitoring solution with customisable KPIs collected from DeLaval’s robotic milking machines and transforming this data into tangible pieces of information accessible in one user interface.

This solution enhanced DeLaval’s service offering by allowing their advisors and dealers to monitor many clients at the same time in one dashboard. Thus, ensuring clients are getting the best out of their milking robots. This new service offering is of course only possible thanks to the trust that DeLaval has built from its clients throughout the years.
